Getting married in Tuscany is always a romantic idea, but last autumn Slow Picture Studio has been invited to one of the best wedding venues in Tuscany, thanks to Natalie & Aaron. In a bit, the Italian photographers found themselves in a stunning venue for the perfect Italian wedding.
English-born, for a perfect Italian elopement, the couple invited a bunch of friends at Villa di Ulignano, a luxury Italian wedding location with an incredible story.
Slow Picture Studio calls it ‘A Dolce Vita’ Wedding: Villa Ulignano was the set of the Italian movie Vaghe Stelle dell’Orsa by Luchino Visconti. When Visconti’s producer went there, he fell in love with the Villa and bought it!
The Villa became then crossroad for directors, artists and actors of the time.
That couple was kind of a romantic movie, too. Those gazes between Natalie & Aaron made everyone feel their love without being mushy: it was a poetic yet cool wedding. Always with sunglasses on, she had a leopard french manicure, he got dressed with his friends drinking champagne.
But then, when she arrived at the ceremony, he was literally crying his eyes out – yes, there’s the exact picture of that.
To make it a perfect wedding your friends has to be involved too: Natalie and Aaron’s guests made many toasts and speeches and the crazy dancefloor was the final cathartic moment.
